Applicant privacy notice

Neobuilt AB is the controller of the information you submit. We use your name, email, relevant experience and optional professional link to assess your application and contact you about this role. Access is restricted to authorised recruitment staff.

Recruitment processing is based on our legitimate interest in evaluating candidates and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering an employment contract. We do not use automated scoring or make solely automated hiring decisions. Acknowledging this notice is not marketing consent.

Applications have a 180-day retention window from submission and become inaccessible to recruitment staff at its end, pending deletion. You can withdraw and erase your application earlier using the private link shown after submission. Save that link: it is not sent by email.

Use the link to view and download the information you submitted. For access to other recruitment records, correction, restriction, an objection or a deletion request, email privacy@neo-built.com. We may need to verify your identity. You can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Do not include your national ID, photograph, date of birth, health information, beliefs, family details, pay history, references’ contact details or other sensitive information. Required fields are needed to evaluate and reply to your application; the professional link is optional.

Our Privacy Policy identifies the company, service providers, international-transfer safeguards and other rights. Hiring information is not added to marketing lists or shared with other employers.
