Install, connect and update Prism

• 64-bit Windows 10 build 17763 or later.
• Autodesk Navisworks Manage 2025, 2026 or 2027 installed for the same Windows user.
• A Neobuilt account for Free, paid, academic or organization access.
• Permission for the per-user installer to write to your Windows profile. A machine-wide administrator install is not required.

   Close Navisworks

   Save active work and close every Navisworks window so the bundle can be installed cleanly.

   Run Paramora-Prism-Setup.exe

   Keep the default per-user destination. Setup detects the supported Navisworks Manage releases installed on the workstation and includes the WebView2 prerequisite when needed.

   Complete component installation

   Setup installs the base connector and interface automatically. On first installation, networking is enabled to retrieve these components. Reinstalling preserves your existing networking preference.

   Start Navisworks Manage

   Open a supported release and choose Neobuilt, then Paramora Prism™ on the ribbon.

   Choose Sign in

   Prism opens your normal system browser. It never asks you to enter or paste your account password inside Navisworks.

   Complete browser approval

   Sign in on the Neobuilt account site and approve the desktop connection. The browser returns a one-time result to Prism on your computer.

   Confirm access in Prism

   The title area shows the account and effective plan after the engine verifies the signed entitlement. Available formats and controls update to match it.

Prism checks the signed update catalogue in the background when delivery networking is enabled, but it does not download or activate a product update without your action. Choose Download update from the title area or Settings when an update is available.

• An export already in progress keeps one coherent component set until it finishes.
• A connector update may ask you to restart Navisworks. Save the model before accepting the restart.
• Stable is the default channel. Eligible Ultra entitlements can pin LTS; Prism stores the account preference and uses it for authenticated update checks.
• Use Repair when Prism reports a missing or damaged component. Repair re-verifies the active files before replacing anything.
• If Prism reports that Setup is required, download and run the current installer instead of retrying the component update.

Close Navisworks before uninstalling. Use Windows Installed apps to remove Paramora Prism™. If uninstall reports a locked file, close Navisworks and any Prism window, then retry; the uninstaller stops before removing a partial installation.
