Getting started

Set up Paramora Prism™ in Navisworks and complete your first local export.

Paramora Prism™

Prism is the Navisworks Manage plugin that exports the coordinated model locally. It uses a Neobuilt account for licensing and opens the system browser for sign-in; the plugin never asks you to paste an account password into Navisworks.

  1. Check the workstation

Use a 64-bit Windows workstation with Autodesk Navisworks Manage installed. The per-user Prism installer includes its WebView2 prerequisite and does not need an administrator-wide install.

  2. Download the verified installer

Open the Paramora Prism™ page and use its Download for Windows button. The button appears only while Neobuilt's signed release record is current; Prism is not distributed through the Microsoft Store or a third-party download site.

  3. Open Prism in Navisworks

Start Navisworks Manage 2025, 2026 or 2027, open the model you want to export, and choose Neobuilt, then Paramora Prism™ on the ribbon. Sign in through the system browser when Prism asks you to connect your Neobuilt account. Standard Export reads the active model; only Ultra Fast Export requires a clean, saved .nwd.

  4. Choose the export

Select the whole model, current selection, selection or search sets, or the current section box; then choose the output format and review the validation settings before starting the export.

  5. Review the local result

Prism writes the export and its validation summary on the workstation. Open the result in the receiving tool and keep the report with the coordinated model deliverable.
