The Role
As a Senior Technical Consultant at Neobuilt, you will be the driving force behind our clients' success. You will step into varied, high-impact projects; ranging from modernizing legacy systems to building cloud-native applications from the ground up. You will act not just as an executor, but as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them make strategic technical decisions while delivering exceptional code and architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Client Delivery & Advisory: Partner directly with clients to understand their business challenges, propose scalable technical solutions, and lead the implementation.
Technical Excellence: Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software tailored to the specific needs and tech stacks of your current client engagement.
Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for non-technical stakeholders and product owners.
Adaptability: Seamlessly integrate into different client teams, adopting their agile methodologies while bringing Neobuilt’s best practices to the table.
Knowledge Sharing: Actively contribute to Neobuilt’s internal competence networks, mentoring junior consultants and presenting at internal tech talks.
Requirements
Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, cloud architecture, or systems integration, with previous consulting experience being a strong merit.
Consultative Mindset: High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to confidently guide clients through technical ambiguities.
Technical Breadth & Depth: Strong proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Language: Fluent in English. Professional working proficiency in Swedish is highly advantageous for local client engagements.
Location: Based in the Stockholm area with the willingness to travel to local client offices as needed.

The Role
As a BIM Consultant at Neobuilt, you will act as a trusted advisor and technical expert for our clients. You will step into varied, high-impact projects; ranging from major commercial developments in Gothenburg to complex regional infrastructure. Whether you are setting up a BIM Execution Plan (BEP) from scratch, resolving complex multidisciplinary clashes, or automating workflows with visual programming, you will drive digital excellence in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry.
Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory & Delivery: Partner with clients to assess their current BIM maturity, define project requirements, and lead the technical execution of BIM strategies.
Advanced Modeling & Coordination: Develop, manage, and audit highly detailed 3D models (Revit, Civil 3D, etc.) and run complex clash detection and coordination cycles (Navisworks, Solibri).
Workflow Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in clients' digital workflows and implement automation solutions (e.g., using Dynamo or Python scripting) to increase efficiency.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between technical design teams and project managers, translating complex BIM data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge Sharing: Champion Neobuilt’s internal competence networks, mentoring junior consultants, and staying ahead of the latest AEC tech trends.
Requirements
Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in BIM modeling and coordination within the AEC industry. Previous consulting experience is a strong merit.
Consultative Mindset: High adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to guide clients through complex digital transitions.
Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks/Solibri. Experience with visual programming (Dynamo, Grasshopper) or common data environments (BIM 360/ACC, Dalux) is highly advantageous.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Swedish construction standards (e.g., AMA, BBR) and project lifecycles.
Language: Professional working proficiency in both Swedish and English is essential, as you will be integrating with local project teams and reading regional building codes.
Location: Based in the Gothenburg area with a willingness to travel to local client offices as needed.
